Soldiers such as those in the Scottish Highland regiments and Napoleon's infantry wore woolly bobbles on their uniform that denoted which regiment the troops belonged to. Sailors wore them too - and it is thought they helped protect their heads in tight spaces from ceilings. Cyclocross fans also wear them, and let’s face it, we’re all cyclocross fans somewhere deep inside.
The Bobble Beanie is produced to order using plastic-free embroidery.
